The VERVE® ZEN Barbell is barbell designed to be a general use barbell, encompassing CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting and function fitness. 

It is made to Olympic weightlifting standards for a 20KG men's bar with 2200mm length and a 50mm sleeve to accommodate any Olympic Standard weight plates. This bar is designed to be used with any 50mm Olympic Standard weight plates. It is recommended for home gym use and not for commercial gym use. Complete with a comfortable knurl for of your olympic lifts, power lifts and general use for volume repetitions.
